What we collect
PetSteward stores the pet care information you choose to add — health records, medications, appointments, expenses, and any documents you upload. We also collect the minimum account information (email, authentication tokens) needed to keep your data secure and accessible only to you.
How we use it
Your data powers your own timeline, reminders, and insights — nothing else. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your pet's records to train third-party AI models. AI features process your data on request to surface plain-language summaries; they never diagnose or replace veterinary advice.
Our AI ethics
- AI insights are advisory, never diagnostic. A licensed veterinarian is always the source of truth.
- You can see what data was used to generate any insight, and turn AI features off at any time.
- We do not use your pet's health records to train foundation models or share them with model providers for training.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from your profile settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your records from our active systems within 30 days. For questions or requests, contact us through the Support page.
